A native of the Greater Hartford area, I have helped many wonderful people buy and sell their homes since 2003. Prior to my real estate career, I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut (go Huskies!) where I studied organizational communication with an emphasis on writing, advertising, mass communication and persuasion. My early work was in the field of human resources in an organized labor environment where the art of negotiation was a critical skill. Years of negotiating labor contracts, handling employee relations issues and providing organizational training provided a solid skill set that was easily transferable to the field of real estate.
I have an in-depth knowledge of the many towns I serve. Each location has its own market statistics, neighborhood nuances, and selling points. I strive to take all of these into account when preparing my overall pricing & marketing strategy and utilize a collaborative approach with all seller-clients. My marketing plan integrates an extreme online global presence along with daily prospecting with local agents and prospective buyers to provide the broadest appeal of your listing. Once an offer is received, I expertly advise my clients on the best negotiating strategy and guide them through the inspection, appraisal and closing process. My local expertise also serves my buyer-client base well in crafting offers that enable them to get the best deal. I am most proud of the fact that the vast majority of my business comes from past clients who continue to do business with me and recommend me to the friends, family and co-workers.
